A good computer purpose lens, even with no prescription, will have an anti-reflective treatment on the lenses to help reduce glare and eyestrain. A mild yellow tint is also beneficial. You didn’t say if you needed prescription or not, but a good option either way is Gunnar Optiks, they do both an over the counter selection as well as prescription lenses, and if you are a bifocal wearer the Shamir Office is a great occupational lens that gives both that midrange and near you would need.
