Do reading glasses help prevent computer related eye strain?
- Category: Glasses
I’ve been having a lot of trouble with computer-related eye strain lately. Refocusing periodically helps temporarily with headaches/pain, etc but as soon as I have to go back o the screen it returns. A friend told me that reading glasses help her, but I can’t find anything backing this up. Is it true or just some sort of placebo effect for her?

I have reading glasses, and yes it helps, a lot. After a few years on using them your eyes get better and you won’t have headaches so easily whilst on the computer
