How long does it take for astigmatism headaches to go away?

i got a head injury a few months ago but then just recently i found out that i have an astigmatism. ive had special lenses that are suppose to help the astigmatism for a a week but i still have the really bad headaches.
so has it been long enough to help the astigmatism and the headaches are from the head injury or could they still be cuz of the astigmatism???

Astigmatism is difficult to change. Your eyes are changing shape so you will still get headaches from time to time. I’ve had an Astigmatism forever and I wear glasses, but I havent heard of special lenses for a short time. Are you sure that your prescription is correct. You might want to have them recheck . Make sure that you are wearing your glasses or contacts all the time.
